Last night I decided to go out on the town and enjoy my last night of freedom. I went out with Tom, the ship's dentist, to Moondoggies, a sports bar up in Pacific Beach to watch the Duke-Wake Forest basketball game and have a few beers and buffalo wings. Afterwards we went to a popular burger joint and bar called Rockys, which has arguably the best burgers in San Diego. After some more food and beers, we took a cab back to the ship called it a night.
Today wasn't so bad, except that I had a ton of work to do and had a slight hangover. I also had to say my final goodbyes to my parents and Lady Anne.
Emotional and hung over; I could have thought of a better condition to start off WESTPAC 2006. Anyway, I have to go to bed; I have watch at 3am.
